Analysis of Employee Work Performance through Job Promotion, Work Environment and Employee Satisfaction in Sales Divisions in Automotive Companies

ABSTRACT:

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of job promotion, work environment, and employee job satisfaction on the work performance of employees in the sales division of PT Arista Arya Abadi. Using the non-probability sampling method and purposive sampling technique. The questionnaire was distributed online and managed to obtain a sample of 54 respondents. The data that has been collected will be analyzed using SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that job promotion, work environment, and employee job satisfaction on work performance have a positive and significant influence on the work performance of employees in the sales division of PT Arista Karya Abadi.
